A 30 second walk down the driveway to Gooches Beach where you can look across the bay to the Kaikoura Mountains, take a dip, kayak or paddleboard. This property shares a driveway with the hosts that live in the property in front. A great walk along the new beachside pathway to the Pier Hotel and town. A cute cosy, comfortable classic cottage with everything you need.
