Spacious Villa is family oriented property just 10 min. by car from Split, or 30 min. by bus. The neighborhood is very quiet. Villa is close to the 2 bus stations and 3 grocery stores. The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1500 m2 garden with shower, lights, barbecue, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen, playground, solar panels. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs and apricots.

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
