Wake to water and cedars, soak in the riverside hot tub, then cook in the open kitchen while the hide-away projector warms up for movie night. Ideal for two couples or a small family, and it sleeps up to 10 across 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sofa beds. Covered game garage with pop-a-shot, ping pong and cornhole. Starlink wifi and a BBQ. Verlot campground is next door; Lake 22 is minutes away. Dogs welcome.

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.
