Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Welcome to Hydrangea Cottage, located in the charming village of Snettisham. The property is a recently renovated semi detached cottage made from local carrstone. It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

Grooms Cottage in West Norfolk

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with another smart TV, separate utility/cloakroom and downstairs loo. Outside there is a patio area with seating and shed for bicycle storage. A private drive offers room for 2 cars. Sorry no pets.
