SandyPaws Cottage at Big Stone Beach on the DE bay

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are a hobby farm with pygmy goats and free-range hens located along Beach Highway near Greenwood, Delaware, in the heart of the Mennonite Community (not to be confused with the Amish). On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Deer come up through the woods and are often spotted on the property.
