Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. A private, street-level apartment in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. The area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

The conveniently close highway access allows for quick trips to the mountains. I live in a completely separate unit on the main level. You'll be staying on the 3rd floor of our home, built in 1906 and full of character. The records were lost years ago, so we aren’t sure which of the rumors are true: • was the house built as a boarding house? • maybe built as a hospital for tuberculosis patients? • could the house have been a brothel? Close to Highland Square, Downtown, restaurants and much more!
