This once completely run down country house has been renovated by a Swedish real estate genius adding some peculiar touches to the overall feel. All in all this is a great place - our guests report having slept for hours and unplug completely.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor on one of the most famous streets of Liepaja - Uliha street. The apartment is most comfortable for two guests, but if you don't mind sharing a room with friends or you are traveling with child, there is a sofa bed. Welcome!

Just walk through the pines forest in 5 min and you are at the beach. The very center of Palanga is 20 min away on foot, playground for children is 5 min away on foot. The building is freshly built and all is brand new. Through your window you can see the pond. In the terrace/balcony you can enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and quick wifi.
