It consists of two bedrooms - 1 double with queen size bed & one single bedroom. There is another sofa bed for a 4th guest. All of our Self Catering Apartments are spacious, sunny, soundproof and stylish with satellite flat-screen smart TV, free Wi-fi & A/C. They feature a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc) & a private balcony with very comfortable chairs & table. A roof garden with dining table, sun loungers & umbrellas is available (common use) for our guests.

Xanemos Studios, Τρίκλινο Δωμάτιο (Triple Room)

Το ξενοδοχείο μας βρίσκεται 400 m. περίπου 5-7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι απέναντι από την στάση των λεωφορείων για τις παραλίες. Ακριβώς απέναντι βρίσκεται η Eurobank. Δίπλα μας βρίσκονται 2 μαγαζιά στα οποία μπορείτε να πάρετε το πρωινό σας. Κοντά είναι η παραλιακή οδός όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια για κάθε σας προτίμηση. Το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο στο ύψος του δρόμου. Υπάρχει μεγάλη ασφάλεια παρόλο που είναι ισόγειο. Υπάρχουν αλουμίνια στα δωμάτια για ασφάλεια.

Studios με θέα τη θάλασσα και την πόλη της Σκιάθου

H Pansion Konstantinos βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα την θάλασσα και την χώρα. Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και την αφετηρία των λεωφορείων του νησιού και 1,5χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. Η οδός Παπαδιαμάντη με τα τουριστικά μαγαζιά τις καφετέριες και τα μπαράκια είναι μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στην περιοχή γύρω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. Τα δωμάτια περιλαμβάνουν TV, WiFi , A/C μικρή κουζίνα και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.

Το Xanemos Studios βρίσκεται 400 m από το λιμάνι. Ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται η στάση των λεωφορείων για τις παραλίες. Τα Budget Economy Rooms παρέχουν ότι ακριβώς παρέχουν και τα Studios με θέα ( τηλεόραση, ψυγείο και air condition) η μόνη ιδιαιτερότητα τους είναι ότι δεν έχουν μπαλκόνι και η θέα τους είναι στον τοίχο του ξενοδοχείου. Όμως, στον 4ο όροφο υπάρχει χώρος (βεράντα) που οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να κάθονται και να απλώνουν τα ρούχα τους.
