Το Seaside retreat house , βρίσκεται στο χωριό Παραλία Σεργούλας στον Κορινθιακό Κόλπο . Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . Η κατοικία ολοκληρώθηκε το 2022 και περιβάλλεται από ένα πανέμορφο φυσικό τοπίο και έναν υπέροχο κήπο που είναι στην αποκλειστική χρήση των επισκεπτών.

Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει τουλάχιστον τέσσερα άτομα, συνδυάζει το παραδοσιακό με το νεοκλασικό σε κάθε του σημείο. Διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο ψηλοτάβανο σαλόνι με μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία και δύο τριθέσιους καναπέδες, δύο δίκλινα δωμάτια ένα εκ τον οποίον διαθέτει ένα επιβλητικό τζάκι, ένα ευρύχωρο μπάνιο και μια οργανωμέμη κουζίνα.
