Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό.
