Dalia's Home

Traditional Siwi house which was renovated from the ruins of the old Shali fortress (where the siwi people used to live). It comprises of 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 9 people but you are also free to rent only one room. There is some common areas for all: kitchen, bathroom and the terrace which you can use as your smoking area because smoking is not allowed in the house and where you can lit up the fireplace and enjoy the quietness and positive energy of the place

Our traditional house is located in a quiet residential area opposite side of Shali Lodge –Kenous. The house is 3 minutes walking from the centre square of Siwa. Le logement The rooms have an amazing eco climate offering a cool atmosphere in the summer and warm coziness in the winter. The beds are made with traditional palm tree structure and comfortable traditional mattresses made with local Egyptian cotton.

Hobbit-Hole in Siwa
