Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Prairie Rock Suite is a fully furnished apartment in our home’s lower level located on a cul-de-sac just 1 mile east of highway 75. You’ll find recliners, a kitchen w/a table, AND a queen bed that gets rave reviews! Warm towels and a sparkling en suite bathroom are yours. Take in the porch swing, fire pit, WiFi and Smart TV. The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has recently been refreshed. Artsy and adorable inside and out, the layout features two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor. The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.
