Ponderita farms - peaceful getaway in Anderson, TX

Our 3-room private suite and adjacent pool in Anderson, TX is the perfect place for a country getaway. Our place features wide open views far from the city crush. The living room, dining room, and kitchenette are included in one open area. The bedroom is separate and includes a queen-size bed. There is a hallway leading from the living area to the full bath which includes a small closet for clothing. Here you will also find extra blankets, pillows, and linens for the queen air mattress.

This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. This is the perfect spot for a Game Day weekend, quiet business trip, family gathering or romantic getaway. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.

Come stay with us at the 30 Fold Farm; located just 23 minutes from the Texas A&M campus. We are located directly off highway 30, allowing for quick access to Huntsville, B/CS, or the new Aggie Express to north Houston. Our home is a great spot for a weekend visit to college station, or even a personal retreat. We are a working farmstead with chickens, gardens and Scottish Highland cattle on 15 acres. Or Heading to the TX Ren Fest? This dogtrot cottage was built in 1837 and updated in 2016. The clawfoot tub comes with an array of soaking salts/bath bombs.
