Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house across the street from Hole 12 of Cascade Golf course. Right next to Bloomington North High School. Very close to Lower Cascade Park with a beautiful waterfall. 3 bedrooms with a fenced in back yard. The house is a 2 minute drive to Kroger grocery store, Avers Pizza and Subway Sandwiches. Memorial Stadium is also on the north side and easily accessible. Taking College Ave will have you right downtown and to Indiana University in no time

For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Vizio free channels, you can access them from the Home Screen. There is street parking between 2nd and 3rd street, in addition to the dedicated space and marked guest parking on Madison street.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
