Spacious well appointed modern 3 bedroom detached villa located within the orange grove region of the Algarve, 8 mins drive from Silves and 15 km from the coast. The villa has a large pool, countryside views , south facing sun terrace and covered outdoor dining area complete with bbq and outdoor kitchen. There is a large light and airy open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the pool terrace, along with three spacious double bedrooms, with two en-suite and a shower room.

Located near the historical town Silves, in a area with beautiful nature surrounding it. It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. If you are searching for quality and peace you found the right house!

Set high on the hill in the historic town of Silves, just down the road from the Gothic Cathedral & Castle, is The Townhouse, a peaceful sanctuary from which to explore the town and surrounding area. The house looks out over the terracotta rooftops of the town that clings to the hillside, its cobbled streets tumbling down to the river valley. Street Parking is available close tot he house. This unique place has a style all its own.
