Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Deer Run

Take it easy at this brand new charming home with 2-BR with 2 queen beds and a twin size pull out couch. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere make guests feel right at home. Located in a country setting but still within minutes of downtown Meridian and other shopping. Meridian Regional Airport is only 12 minutes away and Meridian Jaycee Soccer Complex is only 7 minutes away. Deer Run has many amenities for your convenience. “The Angela” at Lake Leona

Relax and connect with nature at this unforgettable, ADULTS ONLY, Smoke-free escape. Sit on the deck overlooking the lake (it is really a pond but we call it our lake). Build a fire in the firepit while you watch the sunset. Watch the fish eat when the feeder goes off. You may even see an otter or ducks on the water. Across the way, cows and goats may be grazing in the pasture or the farmers may be tending the field. You may even hear Ferguson (our donkey) bray. Relax and enjoy.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants inLaurel from this cozy cottage. Our home was featured on HGTV’s HomeTown. While we live in the main house, we had Katie (contractor on show) remodel the two rooms behind us as guest rooms. We have added carvings to the landscape, a whole house generator, and a few places to sit and enjoy the outside. Our episode was called Woodland Wonderland, but better known as the Hobbit House. Only 14 miles South of Waynesboro, MS which has multiple restaurants, a great sports bar and BBQ joint that offers live music most weekends, supermarkets, WalMart etc...

Tiny House at Fulmer's Farmstead & General Store

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.

Outlaw house

The Outlaw house is over 100 years old located in the center of town, and has recently been remodeled so it has the charm of an old home with the amenities of today’s time. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room all have custom cabinets and granite countertops. Three large bedrooms all with queen size beds. Large den with tv and WiFi. There is a nice deck on the back of the home with grill available.
