Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
