Featuring a family friendly space to enjoy the hot tub with outdoor patio and green space for playing games in the summer or utilize the drying room after a day enjoying the snow in the mountains during the winter. Centrally located in town with nice privacy on a cul de sac but mins to all the great amenities Sicamous offers. Close to the public beach with two paddle boards and two kayaks available for use. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, Hi-speed internet, 60" T.V. with Roku. For your comfort, a heat pump to accommodate all weather. Large covered deck with BBQ, table, chairs, ceiling fan & privacy curtains. Room for boat or snowmobile trailer upon request. Fenced back yard is shared. Sorry no pets.
