Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Fully furnished efficiency suite located 10 minutes from Surfside Beach and 5 minutes away from the industrial plants in Freeport. This studio apartment includes an updated shower, kitchen, tile flooring, high speed wifi and a smart tv with free YouTube tv. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee bar, dishes and basic cooking utensils. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.
