Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Cafes & award winning restaurants, shops and playgrounds are 10 minutes walk away. Dog beach close by. Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Shoaly - A Classic Beach House

Aaah - the serenity! Classic beach house one street back from stunning Shoalwater Bay. Set on a huge quarter acre corner block with north facing wrap around deck, this is a place of pure relaxation. Enjoy eating outdoors under the shade of tuart trees, looking out onto lush green grass. Shoaly is a simple beach house, with mod cons to make life that bit easier. For the kids, there's a trampoline, kids castle, huge lawn and most importantly, the classic "float on a rope" swing! Enjoy!

Cafe Barco is within walking distance with great coffee, delicious food and stunning views of the bay. 30min train to Perth City

Fantastic location with all this within 200 metres - “The Pond” kitesurfing and windsurfing Beach with bike and walking/running path Public Transport including two bus routes to train station Food shops - Cafe /Takeaway Pizza / Thai / Fish and Chips Short distance to small shopping centre. Short distance to Shoalwater Marine Park that includes Penguin Island.
