The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

High-speed Wi-Fi, over-the-air HDTV, free laundry. The room does NOT come with off-street parking. Free parking along the street, bus stop around the corner, metro station is 15 min bus ride away. Kitchen/dining/living rooms are shared with everyone else in the house.
