Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Located in a resort with many free amenities including a seasonal outdoor salt water pool, gym, kayaks and paddle boards, movie theater, fire pits and new pickle ball courts. Tower View Suites Suite 202 is a private, quiet one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a historic 1885 building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.
