Flat 1 is well equipped with 2 double bedrooms (option for a twin or double bed in bedroom no. 2), a separate shower room and toilet, kitchen/dining room with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and a separate living room. A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut.
