A short 5-minute drive to downtown, M & M Ice Rink, Fairgrounds, and less than 20 minutes to the Equestrian Center. This home has a warm and modern design with newly remodeled kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen beds), quaint office, newly renovated bathroom, and room for the portable crib (provided). Our favorite spot to hang out is on the patio; fenced, covered, grill, and ample space to lounge and relax.

On the main floor is the Ice Haus Eatery which includes coffee, ice cream, sandwiches, liquor sales and the Penalty Box Bar. While the vibe downstairs is fun, they close at 9 pm and the condo offers a peaceful retreat. Just a few blocks away, you'll find the historic charm of downtown, we are next to the M&M Center ice rink and city trail system.

Every detail of the kitchen was redone with short term guests in mind. From custom countertops, 5' refrig, multiple coffee dispensers and instant filtered hot water, to new beds, laundry, fireplaces, patios front and back, cable, wifi and huge couches for relaxing. This tiny home will feel spacious with its vaulted ceilings and extra loft space. The tiny home has a queen bed downstairs in a closed off bedroom. Enjoy the loft with one queen bed and a fold out futon, a great place for kids to enjoy the tiny home as the ceiling clearance is very low. A fully equipped kitchenette, and fast Wifi await.

Our house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood located near downtown Sheridan. We provide everything you will need for your stay...coffee, teas, paper goods towels linens, etc. Everything you need to cook and serve . The house is small with attached garage. Small backyard is fenced with chairs and barbecue. Very deep front yard with covered patio. Front yard is not fenced but plenty of ball throwing room for your pup. We also get visited by neighborhood deer.

Whether it's the downtown atmosphere, the fairgrounds for the rodeo, the fireworks on the 4th or your hunting cabin for the week, this 5th street home will be comfortable for you and your travelers.

Big Horn Getaway

The bedroom is in the loft above a working ceramics studio. The bathroom is on the main floor with one flight of stairs. We are located about two miles from the base of the Bighorn Mountains with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. It is a perfect getaway for two people who can handle the stairs. The space is not suitable for children under 18 or pets. We are unable to accommodate service dogs due to host's allergies.
