The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

MountainWaters is a quiet mountain & river front retreat. Wake up & enjoy a coffee while gazing at the stunning mountain, admire the sun glistening on top the Shenandoah River, listen to birds singing. Tour wineries, breweries, and distilleries, then return to the easy comfort of the lodge to relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game of pool, and swap stories of the day's adventures around a roaring campfire.

Eco-friendly cottage overlooks lake in mountains 1 BD w/ queen, ladder to sleeping loft w/ two twins, double futon in living-room. Bath with tub. Deck with charcoal grill. Only a few yards from water’s edge. Onsite walking trails with mountain bikes, canoes, and fishing. Family friendly! Pets welcome with additional $50 fee for the first pet, $25 for an additional pet. The cabin has three bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, full kitchen, and very large living/family room, comfortably accommodating 4-6 guests comfortably (or 8, if kids)
