Treehouse overlooking lake

A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. A paradise in the woods, a place to connect with nature. Sit in tranquility with the living creatures near the lake. No wifi, we have NATURE. Along the path there is a seperate building which houses the toilet and a different building for shower. Treehouse comfortable for two. Fire pit located close to the lake and a trail that goes to the kayak and the raft. Relax on our Bali inspired swing. Sunbath on the wharf SHARED-Two person kayak and raft. Shower disabled in the cold winter mths.

Unique stay with ,Wi-Fi, hot tub, nature views

The Big Dipper Dome is the perfect place for a relaxing get away or a cozy romantic weekend. This dome has all the amenities of home including a heat pump, smart TV and wifi. Just a short walk away is a full personal bathroom with an indoor shower, toilet and sink all while keeping the same natural feel. The dome boarders a field that often has lots of deer and other animals and is located on a property with waterfront access. This place is perfect for your next stargazing get away.

The Shack---an ideal off-grid forest experience

Want to disconnect? Experience privacy and tranquility in a cozy forested hideaway! The Shack is an off-grid, comfy, one-room cabin (16 ft. x 20 ft.). It's a .5km hike on a rocky wood road from our home . No electricity, internet, or cell coverage. Can be "buggy" during blackfly season. Enterprise wood stove for heat + camp stove + BBQ. Fresh water + wood provided. Board games; over 60 books . Outhouse. Campfire pit. Access to canoe, life jackets and paddles (free)+ Internet at owner’s home.

The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. However you decide to spend your time, we hope you enjoy your stay at this tranquil and picturesque island escape.

Small spacious lakefront cabin built new in 2021, queen Murphy bed, kitchen area, 3/4 bath. includes free use of kayaks, mountain bikes, stand up paddle boards, swimming, covered patio with BBQ, fire pit, wood provided. 6-person shared hot tub, between two cabins, under gazebo in wooded area. Breathtaking sunsets, birds, fish jumping and an occasional beaver. Relax by a fire, quiet walk, paddle, or try your luck at fishing . 3 km to store with services . Minutes from mile long beach.

Welcome to The Boathouse! Conveniently located in the Municipality of Barrington, known as the Lobster Capital of Canada. Unwind at this uniquely built, rustic cabin situated next to the ocean. At high tide, you will wake up to the sound of waves splashing beneath your window. Enjoy the beautiful views from the outside decks or take a kayak and explore. The wildlife is all around.
