College students - just 14 miles from Concordia, 31 miles from UNL, 33 miles from Doane, 12 miles from SCC in Milford.

This remodeled little home is one of the closest to Hawks baseball field, The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Devaney Center and Memorial Stadium and within 2 blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.
