This special place, once a dance studio, is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only minutes to Douglas Lake, an ice cream shop & Chinese restaurant on the same block, walking distance to downtown for shopping. This cozy little 1 bedroom unit sleeps 4 and has a modern, farmhouse vide. We have included a hot tub, grill, and firepit for some outdoor fun and several board games and wifi for indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of boat parking for fishermen too.

The only connection to our house is a locked door to the stairwell. The view from the rental includes lots of trees and a glimpse of the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance.
