Our spaces are designed solely for the use of our guests, not someone elses home rented while they are away for a while. Neither do we think of them as serviced apartments, we try to create spaces where you will feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. We do not cut corners and consistently invest in our properties to create an environment we would want to live in ourselves. We do charge a bit more but everything you need to run the apartment is in the price, whether its the bathroom toileteries, the dishwasher tablets and whatever you need for all the appliances and even the bathrobes and the hairdryers. We stock the fridge with the basics as we know the last thing you want to do after a long trip is to have to make that trip to the supermarket to buy that pint of milk. We like to welcome our guests personally on arrival, but if you wish checkin can be as easy as punching in the code into the lockbox outside the front door, And at departure, simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. No more anxious waiting at reception as someone departs to your room to audit what you said you had from the minibar. Our goal is to make travelling easier combining the comfort of a home from home with the attention to detail of a hotel. We are very grateful to the guests who have given us such kind feedback and we hope to welcome you to stay with us in Epsom in the future. Well essentially, its your home for the duration you are with us. You have the keys. You have access to the whole flat. Noone is going to show up unexpected. We have secure parking outside. We can provide additional services such as cleaning and bedding and linen change at a small extra charge on request and with advance notice we can provide surprise special touches for you on arrival for those important or romantic occasions. We are available at short notice to help with any issues which guests may face - though we will leave you to your own devices. For stays of 7 days or more we offer are least one cleaning and bedding change a week. The apartment is situated right in the town centre, so everything is available right outside the door. Major restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk, and it's close to the station. The location could not be better or more convenient. We have secure private parking and can accomodate 1 car per apartment. There are other parking options nearby most notably the Ashley centre which is a 5 minute walk. The station is about 300 metres away. Uber is pretty good and usually arrive in less than 10 minutes. The best local taxi firm in our view is Clocktower Cars which is in our House Manual.

Set in the beautiful village of Plaxtol. It is on the first floor with one flight of stairs. It has its own entrance. 1 parking space is available on the driveway with additional parking on request. The village offers a shop and 2 pubs which serve excellent food. The Town of Tonbridge is 10 minutes away by car and Sevenoaks town centre is 20 minutes. Tonbridge train station to London Charing Cross is approximately 1 hour and Sevenoaks train station to London is approximately 50 minutes.

Beautiful, spacious, locally owned first floor one bedroom flat with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach, Hastings/St Leonards border. Walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops of Hastings old town, town centre and St Leonards. Sleeps 2 in king size four poster bed; with a roll top bath, shower and fully fitted kitchen, TV and fast wifi. Nearby free parking. Extensive recommendations for local businesses which we encourage guests to use. Towels and bed linen provided.

Gatwick 5 minutes away air conditioned annexe
Price includes continental breakfast, pastries, cereals, tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, water, yogurts, biscuits, larger secluded private entrance the entrance to our annex is on the right hand side of our house go through a black metal gate marked entrance if no one is in self check in anytime we are able to leave the key in the door 800 metres to railway station, Tesco superstore 200 metres if you arrive late before 11.00 pm you can order a takeaway who will deliver pizza, Chinese

Escape to the Sea
Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Studio 17 - A unique and luxurious space
Studio 17, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendour and state of the art living. Fully self contained and spacious studio apartment with no shared spaces. Featuring air conditioning to maintain the temperature you chose. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and large fridge freezer, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London.

Town House
Self -contained spacious lower ground floor of our Victorian (1873) house, with garden, centrally located for easy walking to amenities: restaurants and bars; parks with cafe and playground, and the Common; shops and convenience stores; historic Pantiles; railway stations and buses. Parking (one car) on drive and on street. Secure bike storage in garage. Access is via six stone steps so not suitable where there are mobility concerns.Also, please note : no hob or oven in kitchenette

Self-contained studio close to Pooh Bridge
Lovely light 1st floor studio flat. Totally self contained with off road parking. Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.
