Spokane Retreat is great for relaxing on the back deck, by the fire pit or in the cozy living space after a day of activities in the surrounding areas. Located near the North Country Trail, Pere Marquette River and Big Star Lake with an easy drive to Ludington, Pentwater and Manistee. Nearby recreation activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading and winter snowmobiling and ice fishing. Inside a TV and fireplace create another comfortable area for relaxing at day's end.

Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! I am the “River Rock Cabin". I sit atop the banks of the Betsie River, a few miles from Crystal Mountain. Some of my features are my kitchen, wood floors and log furniture. My unique finishes include my stair rail, my fish, and my river rock kitchen back splash hence my name. If you stay with me, I have 5 beds, cable tv and Wi-Fi. My outdoor amenities include a fire pit, picnic table, chairs and a grill. You can access the river from my doorstep, however, please do this at your own risk.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is a unique 'glamping' experience that submerses you in nature without the work of setting up and tearing down a tent. The tent is located in a quiet and spacious campground at the Pine River Paddlesports Center.
