Notre petit domaine "Sardaigne au naturel" est située sur la commune de Tresnuraghes (1000 hab), à environ 3 kms de la mer, dans un petit paradis au milieu de vignes, d'oliviers et de fruitiers. A 190 mètres d’altitude, entre mer et montagne, le lieu invite à la méditation et la contemplation … Il permet de profiter de superbe fin de journée et des somptueux couchers de soleil sur la mer. Cette partie de la Sardaigne est restée très authentique et sauvage avec peu de développement touristique.

Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Da Fè è La nostra casa vacanze di Cuglieri, piccolo villaggio della Sardegna centro occidentale ai piedi del Montiferru, ben posizionata in una zona comoda del paese a pochi passi da bar ristoranti e servizi La casa dispone di una terrazza panoramica dotata di tavolo per pranzare all’aperto, da cui è possibile ammirare il tramonto, il mare e le montagne circostanti. a soli 15 minuti di auto da incantevoli spiagge. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, natura e autenticità.

Casa Machiavelli

Ampio appartamento di 120 mq nel centro storico di Cuglieri che affaccia sul corso principale, al secondo piano di un palazzo di famiglia degli agli anni '20. Troverete una casa antica che ha mantenuto gli arredi originari e lo spirito decò del tempo. Il palazzo fu in origine acquisito dal mio bisnonno e appartiene tuttora alla mia famiglia. Noi abitiamo al terzo piano (due adulti e una bambina) , mentre gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l'intero appartamento al secondo piano.

Abbiamo terminato da poco un accurato restauro di questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort e con aria condizionata per l'estate. Le antiche pareti in pietra danno alla casa un fascino particolare. Non c’é la terrazza ma le 3 grandi finestre del soggiorno offrono una vista mare con tramonti spettacolari!! Nel cortile c’è un angolo di relax per ammirare meravigliosi cieli stellati . Nella grande CASA ROSSA CI SONO ALTRI DUE AFFASCINANTI APPARTAMENTI
