The house is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished with beautiful views over the ocean and the Reykjanes peninsula. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Icelandic nature while still being close to the city. You'll find walking paths along the coast, sunsets and a calm friendly atmosphere ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Christmas and/or New Years 2024

Our house is near to the center of Reykjavik (8 min by car) but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to a wonderful public swimming pool, grocery store and close to the sea and unspoiled nature good for taking scenic walks by the sea. A favorite spot to watch the northern lights. For the summer: There is a 9 hole golf course by the sea in a 1 min driving distance from our house. For the winter: Enjoy the northern lights from the hot tub on the private back terrace. 1 min walk to bus stop.

A great apartment right by the west side of Reykjavík. Perfect for a family or two couples. A very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for those who like to go sightseeing and then relax. New kitchen with dishwasher. 10 min walk to the local swimming pool and a really nice coffee shop. 5 min to the west side ice cream shop. 5 min walk to the sea shore. If you want to go downtown then it´s only a 10min bus ride. Bus stop is a 3 min away from the apartment. TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Plex.

Our peaceful apartment is perfect for 2 people in one of the most sought after neighbourhood: Seltjarnarnes. There is one bedroom with a big queen size bed and one sofa bed in the living room. Only 1 min walking distance to the beach, 3 min walk to the store, 10 min walking to an amazing swimming pool, food store and coffee house and 25 min walk to downtown centre. Bus is one block away if you need to take one. Very peaceful and centrally-located place with an amazing view over the ocean.

Also, within a short 3-minute walk from our home, there is an geothermal outdoor swimming pool, couple of playgrounds and a well-equipped gym.
