Am Haunsberg in Obertrum, direkt an der Hauptstrasse gelegen, bietet diese moderne Unterkunft tolle Möglichkeiten für Alt und Jung. Wander- und Radfahrmöglichkeiten finden sich direkt vorm Haus, außerdem benötigt man ins Zentrum der Stadt Salzburg mit Bus oder Auto je nach Verkehrslage 20-35 Minuten. Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Spacious House close to city Salzburg / lake area

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Stylisch, praktisch, gut!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Familyfriendly place close to the lake!

Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.

Genießen Sie eine Auszeit in einem stilvollen Tiny House auf dem Dorf, umgeben von naturbelassener Landschaft. Großzügige Fenster, eine sonnige Terrasse und eine gemütlich/moderne Einrichtung schaffen eine perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Ein Bäcker, eine Gaststätte sowie ein Kinderspielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Berge, Seen und die nächste Stadt sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt – ideal für Erholung und Entdeckung!

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
