The Garden Park Cottage is a small apartment space attached to our home with a private entrance. The wood ceiling and cozy space give it a cottage feel. It is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The trails for hiking and mountain biking are within walking distance, as well as shopping and good restaurants. This is an owner occupied apartment ( the owner lives on the property ) and it does not take housing options from the working people of Sedona.

It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in west Sedona. Hiking trails are around the corner and grocery stores are a couple blocks away. We have the most efficient mini split heating and air conditioning unit available for those that appreciate a low carbon footprint.
