Ocean View Villa Wilderness is a Luxury Villa occupying a prime location at the top of the exclusive residential Constantia Drive in Wilderness. This modern and architectural house is well-designed with ample glass, allowing for light filled interiors offering the same panoramic ocean views as outdoors. Backed up by solar panels and lithium batteries thus not effected by load shedding. Part of the Constantia Kloof conservancy, relax to the sound of the birds as well as that of the ocean.

A chilled atmosphere awaits in this spacious 150m² house with modern finishes and an inverter controlled solar system. and 55MbitWIFI. Surrounded by an established garden, the north facing terrace has a private patio overlooking fynbos with plenty of birdlife. The South side boasts a view of Gericke’s point. The motorized gate opens into a double garage. Stairs lead up to a living room with a split-level kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, a fridge/freezer and a dish washer.

The apartment is above our garage and we have the benefit of solar power. We're about 2-4km from shops and restaurants, beach and family-friendly activities like the famous Saturday morning markets. We offer good beds, peace and quiet, kayaking, (a 2man kayak available), natural surroundings central to the Garden Route, only a 20 minute drive to Knysna, which is half way to Plettenberg Bay. Also 15 minutes to Wilderness Village, 40 minutes to George airport and about an hour to Oudtshoorn
