Lots of natural light, and everything to help you feel you are in your home away from home, including a deck BBQ, full kitchen and very comfortable queen beds. AND, we will do everything we can to make your stay a positive experience. QA is one of Seattle's more desirable neighborhoods and one of the safest.

Please note that this is a downtown urban neighborhood, and is in a secured building, so there are multiple check-in/-out steps required to ensure everyone's safety.

Beautiful tiny home tucked away in a quiet lush garden. The cottage is only a short walk to amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The entrance has a private hand painted patio that is a beautiful place to sit and drink coffee in the warmer months. The light rail is a 7 minute walk away, giving you quick access to the airport, downtown and across much of Seattle (no car necessary!).

Warm and charming newly constructed, and fully furnished guest suite with street level private entrance. Located in North Capitol Hill on a gorgeous, quiet residential street with amazing views of the lake and downtown. Within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, Volunteer Park. A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.
