Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. One block away from Harding University’s campus in central Searcy (and the campus Starbucks), this 1BR/1BA is over the garage a Legacy Park house. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. Perfect for visiting a student on campus, dropping off summer campers, or that prospective student visit to Harding!

Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
