Bison Farmhouse Non-smoking property

Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

This brand new fully furnished duplex is located in central Searcy, AR. Close to Harding University Campus and all eating & shopping establishments. These three bedroom, two bath units include new appliances for all of your living needs. They are very cozy and spacious with approximately 1500 sqft for your family to enjoy! For single families, rent one of our condos while enjoying your stay in Searcy, AR. For larger families or group stays, you're available to rent both sides of the duplex.

Bison Hall 7, No cleaning fee, near court square

Bison Hall 7 is a centrally located home 1 block from Searcy’s downtown court square and 1 mile from Harding Campus . Our house is within walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops around the court square. Our place is roomy duplex style house with a large living room and kitchen. Street parking is available directly in front of the house, with additional off street parking in the rear. We ask for No smoking and No Pets on the property, due to allergies of some guest.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Just 3 miles from Harding university in the quaint town of Searcy. An amazing lake is only 30 min away in Heber springs. The kitchen, laundry room and bathroom are recently updated and fully stocked, and each bedroom has a king-size bed. The spacious dining room is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Large fenced in backyard is a plus.
