The apartment has a private entrance which leads to a large deck. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

Welcome to the Beach Suite! Cozy up in this private in-law unit on the border of Sea Cliff and Richmond. 10 minute walk to China Beach and Lands End hike. 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Park! All the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the hectic parts of the city. Great restaurants nearby and public transportation less than a block away. Dogs are welcomed! Enjoy the natural beauty that San Francisco has to offer in our charming 2 bedroom garden unit in the Outer Richmond. Right next to major tourist attractions like the Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, Sutro Park, and Lands End Hike, our apartment is also a 5 minute walk to a bus stop. Please note that since this is a garden unit there is no stove. However, we do have a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator. Dryer/Laundry is coin operated and at additional cost.

A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house. This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area. While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home. Queen bed, in-suite bathroom & Breakfast bar. Quiet location.

This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered

Ocean Beach is just steps from your doorstep!   Close to Land's End, Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, the Cliff House, Beach Chalet, and much more. This is a spacious suite with private bathroom, counter. This room is at the back of our house behind the garage, window towards the wall. It has a Queen sized bed that sleeps two people. It's also equipped with a private counter. My husband and I are living upstairs, but you have your own private access downstairs to your room after entering the main door.
