This home offers a comfy, cozy environment making it perfect for a getaway or your home away from home while on business. BONUS - If you are a "pet parent" and love to travel with your 4-legged child you will love the fact that the front door has a "doggy door" making it easy to go outside, which is fully fenced and safe. Guests have a private garage (with opener) which allows direct access for parking your car and going up the stairs to your vacation (or work) oasis. Guests have access to a fully fenced outside area with table, umbrella and chairs. This area is perfect if you like to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. And if you are a "pet parent" this is where the doggy door allows your "child" to go. Our property is a two-on-one and we live in the front house. The homes are separated by a courtyard that is fully enclosed via fencing, which we use. We will be present during our guests stay so we are happy to assist any way possible to provide our guests with a great and enjoyable experience. In Belmont Heights everything is within walking distance, and all the homes have charm and character. It is a lovely, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. The area's long-time feral parrots serve as mascots and add to the vibrant feel. It's easy to get around. We very centrally located between LA and The OC. There is plenty of room behind garage for a large truck to park there and still have room to open the other garage, which is our personal garage that we (Jim and Susan) use. If parking behind garage do NOT leave anything in your vehicle overnight. Even though this is a very safe and quiet neighborhood do NOT leave anything visible, just for good measure and common safety.

Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING.
