Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

All kitchen mod cons and washing machine dryer. Secure parking for two cars off road. Big rooms and plenty of space to enjoy. Nice evening by the fire. 2 mins to city centre, 10 mins to Stadium of light. Durham/ Newcastle 30 mins away for shopping & sightseeing.

The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
