Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Familien mit Kindern (z.B. 4 Erw. oder eine Familie mit bis zu 3 Kindern) geeignet.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. 10 minutes to the town center, grocery store, and indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the property. A bread roll delivery service is available, or you can have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bakery). Ski storage for two people at the gondola station is included. Dogs are welcome.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Die Places2be Wohnung in Schladming begeistert durch ihre erstklassige Lage und moderne Ausstattung. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, mitten im Ort, sodass Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Talstationen der Planai (750 Meter) und Planai-West (650 Meter) sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle Schladming-Lendplatz befindet sich nur 200 Meter entfernt.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
