Knus, compleet, schoon, stijlvol, dat is wat onze gasten vaak schrijven. De B&B is geschikt voor 2-3 personen. Ruime woonkamer met eigen douche en toilet en eigen ingang. Prachtige bovenverdieping met een heerlijke boxspring. In de woonkamer een fijne slaapbank. Goede WiFi, smart-tv, nespresso-apparaat, koffiezetapparaat, melkopschuimer, waterkoker, koelkast, combimagnetron en keukentje (geen kookgelegenheid). Gourmetten, wokken e.d. zijn niet toegestaan. Ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Atmospheric island house from 1724. At the edge of the village, near the center. Equipped with modern comfort; TV, wifi, espresso machine, oven / microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, c.v. and wood burning stove. Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Terrace in front of the house on the south side. Bedroom on the ground floor, two separate beds (90x200 cm). Hier in het rustige Friese Rohel kan je écht buiten zijn, de wind in je haren voelen en de zon op je huid. Fietsen en wandelen langs de weilanden en (koud) zwemmen in het Tjeukemeer. Een glas wijn drinken op het terrasje aan het water, met de de blik op oneindig, onder de oude fruitbomen in de tuin. Behalve de geluiden van vogels, het ruisen van de wind en in de verte een trekker, hoor je hier helemaal niks. De zonsondergangen kunnen hier verbazingwekkend mooi zijn.

Onze boerderij is in 2015 geheel nieuw gebouwd, wij wonen in het achterhuis en het voorhuis is ingericht als vakantie woning. 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen, een ruime tuin met terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. 1 slaapkamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer, de andere 4 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping met gezamelijke badkamer.
