Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
