E' dotato di zanzariere ed è composto da: ingresso, camera con armadio a ponte -il letto matrimoniale può trasformarsi in due letti singoli-, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, caminetto, angolo cottura, terrazzino con vista mare, TV, uso della lavatrice. Ideale per una coppia. No posto auto.
