3 bedroom, 2 bath home conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from Scarborough beach. There is plenty of yard space to enjoy outdoor activities by day and sitting on the patio under the string lights by night as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The large main living/dining area offers space to gather and the modern kitchen is complete with all necessities. 3 bedrooms offer a king, queen, and 2 twin beds for a good night's sleep with 2 updated bathrooms.

1/2 mile walk to the beach from our spacious, energy efficient 6-bedroom, 2-bath, 2200 sq. ft. beach house situated in the family friendly Eastward Look! Conveniently located to other local beaches and the Eastward look playground for children. Our summer retreat has an open concept that is uniquely furnished with the highest of standards, including a large new Azek deck ready for entertaining and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Saturday check in/check outs only. 7 day minimum stay.

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.
