Our house has two apartments with separate entrances. Each one has a full bath, kitchen and bedroom with a high quality, comfortable queen bed . This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!

Charming Waterfront cottage

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
