Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Casa Annetta is a recently renovated cottage at 150 meters from Tabù Fashion Beach and Torre Chianca beach, with a sea view from the terrace. Finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, the house can accommodate up to 6 people (four people in beds and two in a double sofa bed). You can eat and relax in the garden (also used for possible car parking). The wi-fi network and the last generation heating/cooling system make the house ideal also for smart working also in autumn and winter.
