Di nuovissima costruzione, si trova a quattro passi dalla parte più bella spiaggia di Budoni. Ici vous êtes tranquille, les voisins sont à 1 km. (parfois on entent l'àne) La maison est entourée d'oliviers, d'alovera, laurier-roses...et les fameux petits murets en pierres. Vous n'êtes que à 5 min du tumulte touristique!

Die großzügigen Schlafzimmer versprechen traumhafte Nächte mit herrlichem Sonnenaufgängen direkt über dem Meer. Die überdachte Terrasse mit kleiner Außenküche bietet an heißen Sommertagen erholsamen Schatten. Ein Auto kann kostenlos im Carport geparkt werden.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
