Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, specifically it is located 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the city center. Next door you will find an ATM, supermarket, cafes and bars. The accommodation has a large courtyard in front that you can take advantage of to drink your morning coffee, eat your breakfast or even your dinner. What impresses customers the most is that everything is so close ,you can go wherever you want on foot quickly and easily.

Akeron's Villa - 2nd Floor

Our house is located in the nearest village to Saranda. It offers a great mountain view and it is very peaceful. Here you will feel very comfortable and like at home! The city center is a 5-minute car drive from the property or 30' on foot downhill. It is recommended though to use a vehicle. Since the nicest beaches are outside the city, you'll avoid the traffic and reach those destinations faster from our villa.

Self contained stone cottage with wonderful atmosphere , five minutes by car to the nearest shops You’ll love my cottage because of the complete peace solitude and breathtaking views. The sea is just five minutes walk from the cottage..Spectacular pool available from 1 May to October . My cottage is good for couples and solo adventurers. Not suitable for chidren.
